Winner of SME News, Midlands Enterprise Awards 2024 – Wright Care at Home
Words from the Director, Samantha Davis-Wright We are thrilled to have received this award. We wish we knew who had nominated us though so we can thank them personally! Wright Care at Home holds such a wonderful ethos of which we are really proud to see still going from strength to strength almost 9 years in. We have a team of 30 employees now and they are beyond inspirational in what they do. It keeps us striving to keep moving forward and to find new innovative ways to make a difference in our local community Being a carer is such a rewarding career, no day is the same but make such an impact on those who we care for. Seeing the accolades for the team over the last 12 months makes us so happy. When we set up our organisation we wanted to really champion those who work for us and really recognise the role of carers. Its wonderful to see that we are and continuing to meet those initial goals set out. We always believe we have the best team but how fantastic to see it here in SME News, we are delighted! Our team are all the heroes and the heart of what makes us such a great team. Every individual plays a huge part in the team working and they all go above and beyond to make this happen. |
