This award shines recognition on just how immensely proud I am of the team I employ! They are the front line care heroes who day in and day out put their own families often aside to deliver a difference to others!

Carers are often the people behind the scenes who are not seen enough as the shining difference in keeping people safe in our communities. Since the pandemic we have seen huge pressures in this industry yet they are never phased!

Each day in care is different, we never know what we will walk into when going about our daily roles and they always approach their home care visits with professionalism, a smile and nothing but compassion!

They are the true heroes in this industry, with nothing but modesty and hearts of gold. It takes a special person to be a carer. I have 33 of those special people and never forget just how lucky i am to call them part of the Wright Care at home family.

I couldn’t suceed in flying our ethos and values however without the fantastic and dedicated management team i have behind the scenes who keep everything moving. They continue to amaze me with their approach to innovation, passion, and contribution to not only looking after the organisation we have set up and high standards of care we deliver but to look forward continually striving to build and ensure we shape the future of health and social care!

This award really meant the world to the team and me personally.

Sammy was delighted following the Regionals in November 2023 and their win to be put through to the Nationals. A huge accolade for the whole ‘Wright Care at Home team’

Attending with her husband she was over the moon when they were announced as HIGHLY COMMENDED! To be selected as the runner up in this category was just an incredible achievement! Over 5000 providers were at these awards!
