We deliver a wide range of support to our customers, whilst ensuring we incorporate a person centred approach to our care. Our ethos is to always promote dignity, respect and your independence no matter of beliefs or cultural needs.

We believe that every individual should be treated as we would our own loved ones and this is our fundamental belief.

Wright Care at Home believes in delivering care whilst maintaining continuity. We ensure when we recruit we have the right people with the right skill sets before allocating them to our customers. Continuity is so important and we know that your care is placed in our hands.

We work on a minimum of 60 minute care visits with a 4 hour service order. We feel this provides us the right time to ensure we always meet your needs in a timely and thorough manner. We believe this supports the community in maintaining independent living. It provides those that wish to remain in their own homes however need some support to do such as : personal care, preparation and assistance with meals, supporting with medication, and carrying out domestic chores. Our care visits also promote companionship and promote quality of life. We provide care 365 days per year. We carry out this service from 7am till 10pm and we can also offer 24 7 care. Sleep in and wake in nights are also a service that we promote to maintain safety in your own home.

All our services are based on initial enquiry and assessment to ensure we have the capacity and the correct skill set of care worker to meet your needs. Every personality is different and we want to ensure you have the correct match to feel comfortable with the support we give you.

Your feedback is valuable and we are always available to ensure that we continue to grow and develop. Training is extremely important and our team is continually carrying out new training to ensure we can meet the changing needs of our customers.
