Our highly trained carers are only to happy to help manage your or your family members medication. We can liaise with your Doctors and Pharmacists with the ordering of your medications or if you need to query your medicines.

We have varying degrees of medication support available, keeping you at the centre of your care, where you are still actively in control of your medication administration.

It might be that you or your family member just need a gentle prompt at the right time in order to keep you or your loved one in control of taking the medications.

It may have come to a time where we can support you to speak to your Doctor to prescribe your medications in a Blister Pack format to enable you to safely keep taking them yourself, we will help with this.

Maybe you or your family member are now at a point where the medication support needs to be more controlled for safety reasons. This is where our expert team of carers can attend visits to ensure medication is given as per the prescription label, on time, every time.
Wright Care at Home understands that all medications have specific instructions which can at times be complex to comprehend and this can become a minefield for mistakes. We are here to alleviate those mistakes and the worry that comes with it.

We always record on our care plan medication documentation what medication has been taken and at what specific time. We want you to be assured that we are never there to take over your medication administration and we want to enable you to keep in control of your own medicines for as long as is safe to do so.
