Joining a family not just a team
We are committed to looking after our employees just as we are for the customers, we provide a service for.
As a family run business, we put care and compassion at the heart of everything we do. This includes ensuring our team always feel valued and appreciated in the role they do day in and day out. We believe that our service depends on the team we employ. We develop all our staff to ensure they can progress within their chosen pathway.
We believe care is more than a job, and it takes a special person to do this role. We appreciate all of our team and will always encourage them to reach their own personal goals.

What we are looking for in a care worker
Supporting equality and disability in the workplace
Bringing moments to life, and sharing them with the world, allows those living with Multiple Sclerosis to be seen and understood. Wright Care at Home are proud to support disabilities in the work place and in light of MS Awareness week 2022 National Multiple Sclerosis Society we are sharing Emma’s story!
Emma is beyond inspiring and we know this took so much courage to share, however Emma really wanted to shine a light on employers supporting conditions in the workplace! She talks about why this is important to her and how much she values her employer. Disabilities shouldn’t stop you being able to do a career you love!
What does becoming a care worker involve?
Working as a domiciliary care worker means you will have a role with a sense of fulfilment and purpose. You are the key person to making someone’s day better. You will support the existing team in Stamford and Bourne by delivering a range of care needs. Visiting customers in their own homes across the community to meet their person centered needs.
Such as:
Personal care, medication assistance, nutritional and fluid support, domestic help and shopping needs. But importantly you will offer companionship and go above and beyond to ensure that the customer you visit receives a high standard of care.
We also support customers to live comfortably no matter of their capabilities. For instance we provide dementia care, Parkinsons care and End of Life Care. We are able to support with many medical conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke care, Alzheimer's and COPD. Each care package is carefully assessed and monitored to ensure we can promote the best level of service at all times.
