A very special mention to the whole of our Care Team who support with Palliative and End of Life care at Wright Care at Home

Nicola our lead and trainer for our rapid response team and end of life care attended with her colleague Tania ‘The Palliative and End of Life Care Awards’ in London.

Nicola was a finalist in the carer category but also was there on behalf of her whole team as we were finalists in the ‘Community Palliative Care Team’ category too!

We are delighted that Nicky was a finalist and although sadly she didn’t win her category she only went and won the team Award! Which is absolute testament to the hours and dedication she spends behind the scenes to make such a difference in our community !

It is an absolute privilege to provide palliative care and this is such a deserving moment all credit to the teams we have that have the biggest hearts.
