Over 7 years Nicola has come so far in her Care Journey but particularly over the last 12 months where she has shone and really pushed herself out of her comfort zone to pass her skills to others! Nicola repeatedly goes above and beyond when providing End of Life and Palliative care. She goes to huge lengths to ensure she can support the individual receiving the care but also the family with everything they need.Over and over we receive personal compliments from those she has supported with gratitude for her care. We really championed Nicola in her skills in Care and recently she became the trainer for End of Life Care to our teams cascading her strengths to others. Over the last few months the sky has gained many bright stars for those we have been honoured to support and Nicola has ensured in an emotionally charged time her team are supported. There was no question when we nominated her for the Community Care Award for Lincolnshire 2023 ! And we are proud as punch that she took the award home !
