Tania achieves Level 2 in Team Leading….
A big well done to Tania for achieving her Level 2 certificate in the principles of Team Leading from Ofqual via The Skills Network. A lovely bit of news in these current times.
Thank you to Morrisons of Stamford for delivering Easter Eggs to all of our team….
A lovely surprise from Morrisons who donated all these eggs for our care ambassadors to give to the whole team.
Can we help you stay connected with your family?
One of the hardest challenges currently for us all is not being connected with our families. If your missing your grandchildren, friends and family please ask us and we can support you to stay connected. We can help with video links or speak to your carer who visits and arrange this. Do not hesitate to ask.
Shopping and essentials during Lockdown…
Cook of Stamford are now doing click and collect, this is a fantastic opportunity to ensure your still getting those wonderful homecooked meals if you do not have daily visits. Why not give them a call place and order and we will ask a care worker to collect and deliver. Tel: 01780 766051
Successes prior to COVID19 Lockdown……
Prior to lockdown and the social distancing guidelines we delivered training to some of our team. These lovely care workers all worked hard to receive their refresher certificates for the safe handling and assisting of medication. Well done everyone. Also, a special shout out to Gillian who received her level 2 nationally recognised certificate in the principles of dementia care. A fantastic achievement.
From the Care Director….
April has been a month we never expected, normally we are all celebrating Easter as a team together in our office and planning our birthday party. We are almost 4 years old now!
This month has taken a very different path as we work hard through this pandemic.
We want to say a huge thank you to all of our customers and their families, who have been sending in such wonderful kind words thanking us for our work. It is absolutely our pleasure and we will continue to keep thinking outside the daily care visits of what we can do to support you all through this time.
Please continue to join us with our clap for our team and all the key workers during COVID-19.
As always, please contact us if we can support you in any way.
The team are just incredible.
