Wright Care At Home – July Newsletter

This July we have welcomed back our Care Director, Sammy. This is following her maternity leave, where she has been busy being a super mum to her beautiful twin girls. The last 9 months have really flown by and we have certainly all missed her. Our Care team have also been busy gaining numerous certificates and raising money for charity this month and we have more planned for September.

Despite it being the hottest day of the year on Thursday 25th July our Care Management team went that extra mile outside of their duties where they visited the care team to deliver water bottles, cold drinks and wet wipes to keep them all refreshed and hydrated! We appreciate our team so much for what they do in all weather conditions. They forever go the extra mile! Well done Sarah and Tina great example of kindness

Julys Certificates are awarded to…..

We have been carrying out lots of training in July and this always gives us great pleasure in being able to present our Care team with certificates for their hard work. Melanie and Tracey became Dignity champions. We like our team to pledge their commitment to their dignity in care…. We are always striving to promote dignity and love our dignity tree too in our headquarters. I’m now back from Maternity leave. Thank you to all our customers who sent me wishes and messages whilst I was off. I’m now back in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and will be sat in the background supporting my management team. I’m looking forward to getting out and about and coming to see you all soon and that includes my care team too. We have some fantastic events coming up and looking forward to seeing some familiar faces at our Red cross event. If you would like to attend, please do contact Mel to let her know. It’s great to be back and the team have done an amazing job whilst have been out of the business
