New Job openings to meet the demands in our area

Wright Care at Home is a family run business which first opened in January 2016.

Now over two years old with an excellent first inspection result in 2017 we are expanding our team, and office team to meet the increasing demand of customer needs in Stamford and the surrounding villages.

The company was set up by ‘Samantha Wright also the Registered Care Manager of the organisation’ her Late Father ‘Simon Wright’ and Margie Wright.

It is based on promoting a family feel ethos, promoting independence for vulnerable adults in the community but in a way that they would want to be treated themselves. Maintaining that family feel and compassion when delivering care. They approach all their customers care in a holistic person-centered manner ensuring that each visit is tailor made to fit the needs of the individual.

 ” We all have to grow older, and why shouldn’t this be in the comfort of our homes. We all deserve to be surrounded by our memories and those we love.” With this in mind Samantha set up Wright Care at Home to do just this. She believed in giving something to others but wanted to follow her philosophy of what good care looks like.

Our mission is and always will be to ‘promote independent living’ We believe in giving people the support and opportunity to carry out their daily routines as they always have whilst maintaining safety in their own home. Our goal is to always ensure we provide our customers with dignity, respect and maintain their wishes. Every individual is different, and we will always ensure our services are bespoke to meet those needs.

The demand for care in Stamford and the surrounding areas has recently grown and we have the following openings to support this demand.

New Openings at Wright Care at Home

Due to the recent customer demand at ‘Wright Care at Home’ in the Stamford area and surrounding villages they are looking for new Savvy Team members!

‘Wright Care at Home’ has gone from strength to strength since opening in 2016 and they are looking to create new job openings to support this growth.

The ‘Wright Care at Home’ office base is located at ‘The Grey House’ on Broad Street. They provide domiciliary care in the community. Providing customers with tailored care packages to meet person centered needs.

This could be supporting a customer with meal preparation, access into the community, companionship, personal care such as showering and dressing, incontinence care, medication support and much more. It’s based on a holistic approach that maintains independence and privacy at home. A great alternative to residential care as you can remain at home independently surrounded by your cherished memories and loved ones.

They support customers with Care workers who are vetted, trained and have experience in Health and Social Care. All care workers and employees are put through a rigorous training programme with pathways to ensure their careers are developed along the way.

The new openings are:

Care Supervisor – Part office/community based

Looking for:

  • An individual who can work well as part of a team.
  • Has leadership experience.
  • Must have a level 3 minimum in Health and Social Care.
  • Can drive as this role is community based.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • The individual will be responsible for building care plans, meeting new and existing customers.
  • Leading the Care team and quality assuring their care delivery.
  • Full time role 40-hour contract. 5 days out of 7.

Evening Care Workers

Looking for:

-Care experience but not essential as training provided.

-Must be able to drive as community based.

-Can work in a reactive environment

-Can work as part of a team but also as a lone worker.

-Customer focused.

-Must be punctual and reliable.

-Contracts available for 5 evenings 5pm till 10pm

-Contract available for 3 evenings 5pm till 10pm

Full time Care Workers – Fixed location

40 hr contract

Looking for:

-Care experience required for this position.

-Preferred level 3 in health and social care.

-Must be able to drive.

-Non-Smoker

-Be a lover of Dogs

-5 days per week passed on shifts of 7am 2pm and 3pm 10pm.

-Candidate will work alternate weekends.

 

Weekend Care Workers

Looking for:

-Care experience but not essential as training provided.

-Must be able to drive as community based.

-Can work in a reactive environment

-Can work as part of a team but also as a lone worker.

-Customer focused.

-Must be punctual and reliable.

-Contracts available for 2 evenings 5pm till 10pm per week

-Contract available for 2 evenings 3pm till 10pm per week

Night Care Workers – Fixed location

4 Nights per week position 10pm – 7am

5 nights per week position 10pm – 7am

2 nights per week position 10pm – 7am

-Care experience required for this position.

-Preferred level 3 in health and social care.

-Must be able to drive.

-Non-Smoker

-Be a lover of Dogs

-Based on alternate weekend working.
