Wright Care At Home – January Newsletter

Happy New Year! Our first 2017 newsletter…
Already we have been achieving great results across the care team.
Carers are well on their way to completing their nationally recognised qualifications which they began in November. This has increased our knowledge in specialist areas of care across the team.
We also welcomed Olivia Depear to our care team who is already becoming part of the furniture and customers have sent us lovely feedback about her ‘bubbly and cheerful’ personality she brings to their visits.
We are all very excited about the next few months and are already starting to plan a party for our year anniversary.
We all hope you had a great Christmas and would like to thank all our customers and their families for the Christmas cards and treats.
We are all now busy trying to shed the lbs.…

We are moving to Office 9 in ‘The Grey House.’

Following our little office starting to become a little short on space we are moving down a floor to Office 9.
This will commence from 1st February.
Due to the recent growth of the management team we need more space to ensure we can work effectively with our care team.
We will issue our new address shortly to all our customers.
This is great news and we hope you will all visit our new space soon.

New Promotions…

We are delighted to announce that as part of our growth to provide community care we have promoted two of our care workers to senior roles.
Heather and Kerrie who are both full time will be working alongside Sarah our care supervisor to support the existing care workers and also to develop new carers joining Wright Care at Home.
This is as great achievement. One we are very proud of.
Promoting success and career development is one of our core values.

The best care  I could have wished for my Father

I could not have asked for a more efficient and caring group of people to look after my father in the last few months of his life. Every member of the close knit team, were professional, friendly, kind, hard working, and fun. I felt like they became part of our family and cared as much about my father as i did. I would not hesitate to recommend Wrightcare at home/the grey house to anyone. They were never to busy to talk to me about my father or his care needs and tailor made a care plan to suit us which adapted as his needs changed. In fact i feel lucky to have met them.

From The Care Manager

Happy new year! We are already settling quickly into 2017 as we fly through January.
It’s been a busy couple of weeks so far as we introduce new customers to Wright Care at Home.
Kerrie and Heather are working towards their new senior roles, and we are recruiting to expand our care team to meet the increasing care needs in the area.
We are soon set to move to our bigger office and we are planning for our year anniversary party which we hope your all be able to come too.
