What a month….
After 11 weeks of waiting following our first inspection we finally were presented with the news we wanted. We received our CQC report and achieved an ‘Outstanding’ in well-led and Good overall for our service.
This really made my year, seeing my team get the recognition they all so deserved.
If that wasn’t enough news for us to celebrate we also found out that we have been shortlisted as finalists for the Mercury Business awards for ‘Best start up business, and best team of the year.’ So, fingers crossed….
My team are just brilliant and we are very proud of them always but this month they definitely deserve a big ‘Hip, Hip, and Hooray.’
